Can I join more than one group?

Nothing stops you joining several - two to four is typical. A remote worker who hikes at sunrise and dances on weekends could easily be in Digital Nomads, Hikers, and Salsa & Reggaeton Nights at the same time.

What's the group size? Won't it be spammy?

Each group tops out near 250 people, kept in check by active moderation. Spam, crypto pitches, and random promo get pulled the moment they show up. It stays a group people actually read, not background noise.

The people behind Medellín People Club are long-term residents and travellers who believe nobody should have to navigate this city alone. It grew from a single WhatsApp group in 2021 into the ten we moderate today. This is a labor of love, not a company.
